"<< Background >>The main objective of the project was to bring together the different EU members and provide them with a direct opportunity to benefit from each other, to follow each other and to cooperate in order to achieve a common, prioritized goal. During the implementation, students would have the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship at a basic level. It was also considered important for them to gain more confidence and learn about the areas of work they like in order to help them in their career orientation. Through the experiential learning approach of the project, it was sought to develop key lifelong learning skills such as a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. In today's environment of constant and rapid economic change and uncertainty, it is necessary to equip children with entrepreneurial skills and encourage them to develop their entrepreneurial spirit, as economic development is vital in and around the low-income neighborhoods of the partner schools. An equally important educational need was for students studying entrepreneurship to think outside the box, to become creative, inventive and innovative and also to build skills such as communication, self-motivation, project development and negotiation. << Objectives >>Our aim was to bring students from various countries and cultures to learn from each other and collaborate on shared goals. By implementing the project Raising Future Entrepreneurs, we aimed to foster entrepreneurial mindset and initiative among students, enhance their ability to recognize opportunities at the EU level, and equip them with essential skills for working in international teams. We believe that entrepreneurship should be taught at a fundamental level in schools in order for students to acquire a feeling of initiative and the ability to detect areas of potential activation later. Now, in economic instability, equipping pupils with such abilities and fostering their entrepreneurship talents would be beneficial in the long term, as many schools are situated in low-income regions. Understanding entrepreneurship will create more opportunities, foster social equality, cultivate esteem, and boost the economy. We were aiming at young minds from diverse backgrounds collaborating to create meaningful outcomes while forming friendships that could last a lifetime. The project could not only equip participants with entrepreneurial skills but also inspire a sense of global citizenship and mutual respect.<< Implementation >>The activities consisted of three short-term exchanges between groups of students: C1-Entrepreneurial abilities and competencies in Greece, C2-Start-up concepts from around Europe in Poland, and C3-Start-ups and advertising and advertising online in Turkey. They included realistic, practical, collaborative activities, presentations about their schools and countries, meetings with businessmen and local officials ,exhibitions, attendance of cultural events and observation of local customs and their relationship to old-style and innovative entrepreneurship. Other activities involved interactive workshops, business simulations, and networking opportunities, enhancing their understanding of entrepreneurship in diverse contexts. Also there were discussions connected to the impact of tourism on job opportunities and what is the potential economic development of the areas affected . Each partner had planned activities ,games and workshops for the maximum interaction of participants. There were different kinds of questionnaires for reviewing and commenting on the the mobilities that helped the participants have a more thorough perspective of the project's aims and plans.<< Results >>Workshop materials - including theoretical concepts and worksheets, students' collaborative products, captured videos, examples of exercises to improve planning skills, creativity, communication and negotiation games and debates, interviews of local entrepreneurs, students-led interviews, and basic business ideas - are included in the project's final brochure and EE Kit.Additionally, through research and interactive workshops they broadened their knowledge concerning sustainable agricultural practices and protection of natural resources through innovative , enironmentally friendly entreprises .Moreover, they understood the importance of creating Social businesses in which vulnerable groups of citizens globally are included and given the chance to work with respect and personal development. This was an outcome based on the Greek team's collaboration with the Society of Social Psychiatry P. Sakellaropoulos, and attendance and participation in the 37th Annual SFE CEFEC Conference entitled ""Acting for the Social Economy: empowering the community"". The following outcomes were desired and achieved: stronger personal skills, more interaction between Teachers and Students at the EU level, evolution of Entrepreneurial Skills."
