"<< Objectives >>The project aims to empower disadvantaged young people by equipping them with essential digital skills, including AI and automation, to foster self-employment and entrepreneurship. By creating comprehensive training modules and supporting youth workers, the project will reduce the need for migration, enhance local economic growth, and promote inclusion. The project also seeks to build a sustainable network of youth groups and businesses, ensuring long-term impact within communities.<< Implementation >>We will implement activities including the development of four comprehensive training modules focused on digital skills, AI, automation, and self-employment. Local pilot training sessions will be conducted with disadvantaged youth in three partner countries. A two-day training for youth workers will be held in Poland. Partners will host multiplier events in their local areas, conduct risk management, ensure peer review, and engage in ongoing dissemination and evaluation to ensure project success<< Results >>We expect the project to result in 250 youth workers and learners engaged, with four comprehensive training modules developed and delivered in partner languages. A concise guide on freelancing and entrepreneurship will be created, and a digital resource library will be established. The project will also form the ""No More Moving Out"" network, facilitate local pilot trainings, and hold a final conference in Germany, ensuring long-term impact and increased self-employment opportunities."
