Creative Seniors – Be Active, Be Artist, Inspire Others

<< Objectives >>We want to: 1) encourage elder adult educators and seniors themselves to be creative and to get involved in life-long learning; 2) empower elders to improve their quality of life; 3) equip active elders with necessary skills to become peer-to-peer educators and change agents, thus supporting their active ageing and social inclusion; 4) raise the general awareness about the importance of creating opportunities for elders to get involved in community led learning and entrepreneurial experiences.<< Implementation >>We will: 1) develop “Compass how to involve seniors in creative learning experiences and in entrepreneurship activities”, and “Catalogue with artistic and creative activities suitable for seniors”; 2) organise International training and national workshops for seniors to co-create the Catalogue materials; 3) record a video book “From Creative Seniors to Creative Seniors”; 4) organise LMEs with fairs/exhibitions and a EU-level digital exhibition about creative and empowered seniors.<< Results >>1) Elder adult educators and seniors themselves are encouraged to be creative and to get involved in life-long learning; 2) Elders are empowered to improve their quality of life and socialisation and are provided with necessary learning materials; 3) Active elders are equipped with necessary skills to become peer-to-peer educators and change agents. 4) General awareness about the importance of creating opportunities for elders to get involved in community led learning experiences is raised.
