<< Objectives >>On the basis of existing methodologies for the Job-coaching or the emancipatory accompaniment of the trainees, a global methodology will be developed, a set of concrete tools will be articulated upon this methodology, and a multidevice platform will be designed and deployed. A special focus will be drawn on the testing of the methodology and the tools, in order to insure the quality of the products, have the first impacts and persuade the first ambassadors of the products.<< Implementation >>AID would be the coordinator. Its task would be the steering of the general advancement of the project. A set of work packages would be established. Each partner would be responsible for a work package. Each partner will have work on each package but will only coordinate one.<< Results >>The main objective is to develop a set of guidelines and a general adaptation methodology that allow training institutions to improve their insertion action. Set of concrete tools aiming at improving the quality of the insertion, through the diverse actions of the training institution.A multi-device platform aiming at fostering and simplifying the contact with the job providers and inside the training centre.
