<< Objectives >>The ECA project has 2 target groups: TG1 - students 6 to 11, and TG2 – teachers.ObjectivesTG1 - Teach students:• To know and respect other people’s rights.• To value every member of society as a human being.• How to participate and actively contribute to school life.• To become aware of the consequences of our actions on the environment.• To act to save the earth.TG2 - Get the knowledge of basics in Human Rights, Social inclusion and Involvement education (1) and Environmental education.<< Implementation >>The planned activities are distributed in five work packages (WP) which will result in reaching project objectives and producing project results and outcomes. WP1 – Project management.WP2 - “Civic and Environmental Education” training course (CEE TC): CEE students’ workbook, complimentary e-resources, teachers’ guidebook.WP3 – Piloting of CEE TC resources. WP4 – Validation of CEE TC resources.WP5 - Dissemination and exploitation activities.<< Results >>Results:• CEE training course resources: 20 topics in Civic education (part 1) and 20 topics in Environmental Education (part 2). The CEE TC will comprise: (1) CEE students’ workbook; (2) digital resources accompanying the 40 topics; (3) CEE teachers’ guidebook.Outcomes:TG1: Better awareness and improved civic and environmental competences of primary school students.TG2: Improved skills and better access to ready-to-use educational resources to teach citizenship and environmental topics.
