Knowledge Valorisation and Awareness Dialogue among Business People and Newcomers for a Resilient Green Development

"<< Background >>Climate change, economic crisis, green development, sustainable development, digital transformation, low carbon economy have revealed different concepts. The EU stated that creation of new job opportunities through sustainable production and consumption and energy efficiency, together with green development, increases the welfare of people.Closing the gender gap in the business world is key to accelerating sustainable economic growth. Our project depends on business women in the green development process and increasing women participation in this new upcoming green policy process for environmental sustainability. We wanted to understand the current situation and policy steps in the countries of all our partners. What is the level of participation of business women in the green development process and knowledge and awareness of the new policy documents of the national and EU? How can it be adapted to the participation of businesswomen and how can businessmen support this process? How will the proposals of the target group and relevant stakeholders be prepared for the upcoming impact and need of the private sector/entrepreneurs and VET sector?<< Objectives >>Women can be actors of a multidimensional transformation in the construction of a sustainable world"" was the motto that we want to realized. The project depends on business women in the green development process and increasing women participation in this new upcoming green policy process for environmental sustainability; developing policy recommendations for industry and SMEs and to be ready and to increase participation, increasing the recognition of VET institutions and organizations. We would like to see the changes, impact, upcomings together. We would like to discover together as women. << Implementation >>The project activities were: 1. Organizing small scale forums including environmental assessment meetings and workshops in all partners’ countries 2. Developing a digital database with relevant partners and stakeholders as a guidance for newcomers 3. Organizing a transnational Vocational Sharings Webinar Activity 4. Role Models X Business People in Green Dialogue Short Filming/ Video Shootings << Results >>- To up-skill the businesswomen and green women entrepreneurs for the upcoming positions of European Green Deal, climate changes, green development and UN Sustainable Development Goals. - To success the business women to be seen as role model for entrepreneur women and to lead the society. - To increase and support cooperation between institutions and organizations working in the same scope as stakeholders of each other, developing joint projects in the field of vocational education and increasing the recognition of these institutions and organizations. - To welcome the newcomers of organization and institutions working on women, VET, green and environment and to support those to be included the network consisting of partners’ countries. - As transnational level, to assess of impacts, potentials, risks and approaches for businesswomen and entrepreneurs in the period of the new world of Sustainable Development, Green Development, European Green Deal, Digital Transformation for SMEs, women entrepreneurs, green issue under the concept of VET to develop policy recommendations for industry to be ready and to increase participation of business women with and support of business men. This will support dialogue."
