Learning on the quasi-experimental situation produced by the result data presentations from a European research on the satisfaction at work and professional risks, this project is aiming at analysing in which manner the health professions do appropriate the information produced by searchers and launch risk reducing and working conditions improving operations. The aim is to follow through time the effects of this appropriation and to analyse the process of change, structuring the analysis both with the institutional and organisational dimension and with the psychological, symbolic and affective dimension. The approach consists in selecting some sites presenting favourable conditions for observation and in realising three detailed case studies in France, and one in Holland. The field method is mainly qualitative and comprehensive, founded on immersion in the sites, observation and interviews repeated at several periods. The expected result is a in-deep knowledge on the conditions which can help the diffusion of scientific knowledge on professional risks and land to successful risk reduction actions, via the implication of the actors in this change processes.
