We propose the construction of a collaborative project in preparation for the submission of a proposal to the "H2020 COMPET-4-2017: Scientific data exploitation" programme (deadline 1st of March, 2017). This project will be based on an existing productive collaboration between European groups working on the modelling of cosmological data generated by the European space astrophysics fleet. To achieve this goal we will organise two key meetings : a collaboration meeting that will define the exact scientific scope of the project as well as the distribution of responsibilities between the project partners; and an editing workshop to flesh out the document that will be submitted to the European commission. The scientific goal of the collaboration is the development of analysis methods for the data set of the space mission Euclid in the context of the Planck data and ground-based surveys. We will provide innovative methods that will maximise the scientific impact of the Euclid mission and to push back the frontiers of knowledge in the areas of the initial conditions of the Universe, modified gravity, dark energy, neutrino physics, and dark matter. The collaboration consists of researchers at the Institut d'Astrophysique de Paris (UPMC/CNRS/Sorbonne Université), the Centre for Inference and Cosmology at Imperial College, the Institute of the Cosmos at the University of Barcelona, and the physics department at the University of Padova. The collaboration will be coordinated by professor Benjamin D. Wandelt, researcher and professor at the Institut d'Astrophysique de Paris (UPMC/CNRS/Sorbonne Université). The project team has a demonstrated track record of advanced data analysis and of releasing open-source data processing tools. Higher level products will be released as Bayesian posterior samples, accurately reflecting the information and uncertainty contained in the data, ready for inclusion in ESA data archives and easily usable for further analysis. As a consequence they will facilitate the use of European space data by the European and international scientific communities.
