RISKLOG focuses on the global management of industrial legal risks within the Supply Chain, and more specifically on the industrial-port territory of Rouen. It offers a holistic, multidisciplinary approach (law; regional planning) to lead to improved knowledge and operational solutions for risk management and coverage (insurance, etc.). The importance and financial growth of accidental risks, industrial, health or other, incurred by companies has given birth to a new function, "risk management". Risk management, in the area of risks to which companies and more particularly manufacturers are subject, consists in managing the risks likely to harm company's assests. This approach is part of a "magic square": Identification - Prevention - Treatment - Transfer. It is first of all a matter of identifying these risks, of evaluating them, of considering remedies both at the upstream stage, to prevent them and at the downstream stage, when the hazard occurs, to remedy the consequences of this risk. risk. The originality of the project lies in the scope of the study. Professional scope first of all, since it is the particular risks generated within the framework of logistics chains in the urban and port environment that will be studied. Geographical scope also, since the territorial anchoring of the partners and the good knowledge of the field make it possible in the study of these risks to find a study ground entirely characteristic of this type of risks within Metropole Rouen Normandie ‘ scope (Metropole Rouen Normandie: Intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Rouen). After a phase of identification and characterization of risks, the study plans to map them. Recommendations intended for public and private decision-makers, in particular supply chain companies, are the desired outcome of this project.
