SILKA (Sika Innovations for Life-changing Kinetic Advancements) is revolutionizing orthopaedic trauma and reconstructive surgery through a multi-material, minimally invasive approach. Our MiOT trauma kits, Cervus TAR (Total Ankle Replacement), and proprietary polymer-based suture filaments provide a comprehensive fixation ecosystem, reducing surgical complexity, improving patient outcomes, and lowering healthcare costs. By integrating percutaneous implants with bioresorbable suture technology, SILKA enhances bone and soft tissue healing, targeting the €9B trauma, €1B TAR, and €5B suture markets. With a de-risked 510(k)/CE Mark regulatory pathway and strong market interest, SILKA is poised for rapid EU and global commercialization, accelerating access to next-generation orthopaedic solutions.
