Tresol

Investment only-no grant requested.Tresol Srl is an Italian deep-tech manufacturer that has developed and industrialised MT-Power, a high-vacuum insulated solar thermal panel delivering carbon-free medium-temperature heat (65–200°C) for industrial processes and district heating. MT-Power combines proprietary innovations in vacuum/materials science and thermo-mechanical engineering (including a vacuum-tight glass–metal seal, advanced vacuum conditioning and a regenerative getter) to preserve vacuum integrity for 25 years without performance degradation, with an internal indicator enabling post-manufacturing verification. MT is Solar Keymark certified (ISO 9806), fully market-ready (TRL 9), deployed in 25 large-scale plants across 14 countries, with 65,000 panels manufactured. Tresol’s technology leadership is supported by an IP base of 184 internationally granted patents, complemented by industrial secrets and manufacturing know-how. The project addresses a structural EU gap: the scarcity of infrastructure-grade renewable heat solutions able to substitute natural gas at ≥100°C at multi-MW scale, including in winter conditions. Beyond the product, Tresol enables a business-model step change through heat-as-a-service via long-term Heat Purchase Agreements, billing heat on actual consumption and removing upfront CAPEX and O&M burden for end-users, while also offering conventional CAPEX sales. This EIC Accelerator proposal is not aimed at further R&D; it focuses on industrial scale-up in Europe by replicating an already proven, ISO-certified manufacturing line (yield >90%) with in-line automated quality control and real-time supervision. Expansion is aligned with secured demand (EUR 155m pipeline 2026–2028) and is already in execution, supported by committed shareholders and activated public co-financing instruments. EIC equity would strengthen the capital structure to accelerate ramp-up while anchoring strategic clean-energy manufacturing in Europe and reducing depende
