SHOOT - Students have optimal opportunities together

<< Objectives >>The SHOOT project originated from the idea of transforming digital photography into an immersive storytelling. It is proposed as a means to engage learning experiences: Immersive learning can help students to retain information better and foster a deeper understanding of the material, make education more accessible to students who may have difficulty learning through traditional methods, such as those with learning disabilities or simply drifted away from the traditional education system.<< Implementation >>The project working packages will develop an innovative teaching and learning methodology done by the students for the students. Specifically: 1.The SHOOT RoadMap: a sequence of actions through which students and teachers will be trained to implement a series of 3 immersive lessons; 2. The SHOOT Digital Photo Story-telling Methodology; 3. TIC – The Immersive Classroom; 4. the SHOOT Experience: the final stage of this innovative learning journey, three immersive lessons.<< Results >>The project will inform a large number of members of the target groups and about 1500 students/teachers/educators/stakeholders will be involved at various levels. The consortium envisaged an effective sustainability of the project results after the immersive experience to make them useful in the long term. The use of qualified trainers in the workshops/webinars/mobilities, the cooperative approach of the training are particularly well suited for competences transfer.
