"<< Background >>The FUTURE – Fostering sUstainable ToURism new Employees project has the overall objective of promoting environmental sustainability across multidisciplinary fields, with reference to EU and national policies aligned with the goals of the 2030 Agenda.It aimed to support the green transition towards more sustainable, low-carbon, and resource-efficient models by developing green skills and competencies within educational institutions and among younger generations.The project offered the partnership, composed of organizations and vocational training institutes, the opportunity to initiate a transnational process of integrating knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of sustainable tourism, addressed from multiple perspectives.The three newcomer partners had the chance to enhance their expertise in European project design and to expand their training services, offering new career-oriented opportunities to their members and students.<< Objectives >>Specific objectives are as follows:O1 .
