<< Objectives >>Our main objective, based on the identification of schemes in Europe, will be to propose tools and best practices to the sport and professional integration ecosystem in order to improve the employability of NEETs in the sport sector and thus reduce inequalities by promoting the development of more permanent and stable jobs. All this can be achieved through a research phase and a consultation phase on the employability of young NEETs in sport.<< Implementation >>We will carry out the following activities- A research phase on employability in sport and the creation of a detailed overview of employability programmes in sports professions.- National and European stakeholder consultations on employability in sport- Development of a white paper to share our recommendations and research findings - Webinar to disseminate our recommendations and research findings<< Results >>Our expected outcome will be to identify programmes in Europe and to propose tools and best practices to the sport and professional integration ecosystem in order to improve the employability of NEETs in the sport sector, thus reducing inequalities by promoting the development of more permanent and stable jobs. We hope to contribute to improving the employability of young people in sport, while contributing to the development of the sector.
