<< Objectives >>The general objective is to offer quality, inclusive, lifelong education by creating an optional subject on equality, diversity and tolerance for secondary school students.The specific objectives are:- Develop skills and knowledge in students to foster a more inclusive and respectful community- Create a safe and inclusive environment in schools where students feel comfortable expressing themselves- Raise awareness about diversity as an opportunity for learning rather than a problem to solve<< Implementation >>The main activity around which the rest will revolve will be the creation of a manual for the Equality, Diversity, and Tolerance subject. We have divided the activities into the following WPs:- WP1: Management.- WP2: Selection and elaboration of the contents of the subject.- WP3: Reflection activities of the subject.- WP4: Practical activities of the subject.Within these WPs activities such as meetings, dissemination and detailed studies on the addressed topic will be included.<< Results >>Among the expected outcomes, we can highlight:- A manual on the Equality, Diversity, and Tolerance subject containing content, reflection activities, and practical exercises relevant to the real context of secondary school students.- Over 200 individuals, including students and educators, involved in the project.- Dissemination materials about the project such as a website or dissemination activities to reach external stakeholders.- 3 face-to-face meetings and one LTTA.
