Plateforme d'Apprentissage et de Ressources pour les Langues en Europe

<< Objectives >>The PARLE project aims to provide the community with a learning and resources platform designed for many European languages or languages spoken in Europe, offering adaptive learning capabilities accessible within the framework of compulsory education and as part of lifelong learning programs. Six partners from six countries will make use of already existing AI platforms and tools enriched to incorporate European wide requirements with the triple intention of innovation inclusion and citizenship.<< Implementation >>The project has 3 facets which characterize its activities:- linguistics with a production of resources for several languages spoken in Europe,- software development catering for the needs of new languages, enhancing existing software and integration of resources,- research with software testing within university environments (lifelong learning) and primary schools<< Results >>The first result will be to provide a European platform with a set of existing capabilities offering several ways to address varying morphological aspects of the targeted languages.The second result will be the novel aspect of providing free access within the community, providing software of interest to a wide range of potential users and of capitalizing on AI output to ensure personalization and encourage learning, whatever the language or the user.
