<< Background >>We applied for this project to address the critical need for high-quality learning opportunities tailored to adult learners, particularly in the context of digital entrepreneurship. Many adults, entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs face barriers in accessing relevant educational resources, which hinders their ability to develop essential skills needed for business success in an increasingly digital economy. Our goal was to create comprehensive educational results and an accessible e-learning platform that would empower these learners to gain practical knowledge and skills. Additionally, we recognized the importance of fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability among adults, especially those from vulnerable backgrounds. By focusing on real-world applications and pedagogies, ensuring ongoing support, we aimed to provide the tools necessary for adult learners to thrive in their entrepreneurial pathway. This project aligns with our commitment to enhancing social inclusion and empowering individuals through education, ultimately contributing to a more skilled and competitive workforce, ready to integrate cloud solution on their business and increase the productivity.<< Objectives >>By implementing this project, we aimed to address significant gaps in entrepreneurial skills and digital competencies among adults, particularly in the context of the European Union's objectives outlined in the “New Skills Agenda for Europe.” Recognizing that many individuals lack the entrepreneurial mindsets and skills necessary to establish their own businesses, we sought to foster a more innovative and digitally adept workforce that could adapt to evolving economic landscapes. By addressing project specific objectives, the project sought to create a significant impact on the entrepreneurial landscape in partner countries. Through widespread awareness, enriched training offerings, targeted skills development for vulnerable groups, strengthened educational capacities, and enhanced communication, we aimed to foster an inclusive environment that supports entrepreneurship and digital innovation. Ultimately, the success of these objectives would contribute to building a more resilient and competitive workforce capable of thriving in the digital economy.<< Implementation >>1.Development of Handbook for Digital Entrepreneurs: Researching the entrepreneurial needs, we created a comprehensive handbook for digital entrepreneurs, focusing on free or chipper cloud-based software for e-business integration in all departments2.Development of Blended Learning Curriculum: An innovative blended learning curriculum was created by mixing digital and entrepreneurial competencies available into reference European frameworks; EntreComp and e-CF and taking into account other relevant educational frameworks.3.Development of e-Learning Platform: A user-friendly e-learning platform and 2 training courses in English all partners languages was delivered to facilitate flexible access to training materials and resources for adult learners.4.Providing Training for Adults learners: We conducted training session targeting current and aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly focusing on young adults and women, to enhance their digital skills and entrepreneurial mindsets.5.Capacity Building for Partners: The training for adult leaner and practically development of project results, increased the abilities of partners organization to deliver digital entrepreneurship education and incorporate new knowledge into their offerings.6.Multiplier Events: We facilitated communication and knowledge exchange among partners through multiplier events, promoting the sharing of best practices and collaborative learning.<< Results >>The project yielded several concrete outputs and results:1.Comprehensive Handbook: We developed a detailed handbook for digital entrepreneurs, focusing on cloud-based software and e-business integration, which serves as a valuable resource for current and aspiring entrepreneurs.2.Digital Entrepreneur’s Curriculum: An innovative blended learning curriculum was created, combining online and offline training modules tailored to the specific needs of adult learners in digital entrepreneurship.3.Blended training course: A user-friendly e-learning platform was established, providing flexible access to high-quality training materials, accommodating various learning pedagogies such: interactive, multimedia lessons based on storytelling method, practical audio video tutorials, tolls for self-assessment like branching scenario and 4.Blended Learning Curriculum: An innovative blended learning curriculum was created, combining online and offline training modules tailored to the specific needs of adult learners in digital entrepreneurship.5.Training for Adults learners: Geinnova together with all partners conducted the training in Zaragoza were attended 21 participants, including young adults and women, people living into rural area, cultural differences and economic disadvantages enhancing their digital skills and entrepreneurial capabilities.6.Increased Competencies: At least 100 entrepreneurs from vulnerable groups and general population improved their digital entrepreneurship competencies through targeted on-line training.7.Strengthened Partnerships: The project fostered stronger collaboration among partner organizations, leading to the exchange of best practices and resources.8.Sustainability Measures: We established plans for maintaining the e-learning platform and training resources for at least five years post-project, ensuring ongoing access to valuable educational materials.
