"<< Background >>SVC Decko Nachod was a newcomer in the area of Erasmus+ partnership projects. One of the goals of our organization was to develop in a new area and this way to contribute to the society. That is the reason why we decided to apply for this type of project. Based on previous seminars togehter with the cooperating organizations, we found out the need to offer attractive ways of non-formal education aimed on ecology. The experiental pedagogy seemed as a great way how to involve target groups and to have this goal met.The project addressed following needs:-to contribute to environmental protection and sustainable development-to educate and motivate youth to partake in activities of this kind (esp. active participation in local initiatives)-to offer target groups the possibility to spend free time in safe space, living in a good, clean environment, in safe and inclusive society-education of youth workers, development of the organizations, good practice exchange-creating active community that contributes to better state of the evironment, developing initiatives<< Objectives >>The goals were to educate youth workers in the area of ecology and experiental pedagogy and to give them tools how to implement it, to promote inclusion and diversity by creation of accessible experiental activities, to support youths to behave more ecologically and give them tools how to do so, to create a shared methodology of implementation of experiental pedagogy related to ecology and to exchange good practice from all involved organizations.<< Implementation >>The project constited of international meetings of pedagogues from Czech and Slovak leisure time centres, national meetings of representatives and members of leisure time centres and educational institutions, national meetings of youth groups, discussions with local representatives and stakeholders and e-learning platform creation.<< Results >>Shared methodology of implementation of experiental pedagogy on the topic environmental protection was created. Next otuput of the project was e-learning platform for Czech and Slovak youth workers about experiental pedagogy and ecology.Youth workers embraced new knowledge and practices on the topic experiental pedagogy and ecology. The benefit for community was in having attractive, modern and inclusive activities they had possibility to take part in and contribute to ""something bigger"".Youth became more open to partake in local initiatives and are motivated to behave more ecologically."
