Education Pathways for Circular Economy and ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) Upskilling

<< Objectives >>ECOPATH aims to:1) support SMEs to be better prepared for improving their environmental impact and understand the growing demands for this.2) improve the knowledge and skills of current and future SME professionals/adult learners who wish to work within sustainability and management to better place them in the labour market.3) build the capacity of adult educators/trainers to better integrate knowledge related to the CE, ESG frameworks, and hands-on methodologies in ADU learning opportunities<< Implementation >>- Content creation: Curriculum, Gamebook, facilitation guide, validation and quality assurance plan, 3 awareness raising videos, 5 multimedia material transforming results for broader target group access.- Partnership collaboration: 3 collaborative online sessions, 1 staff training and 2 workshops among the partners- Awareness raising: 4 open house events, 1 web conference, 5 seminars- Results validation: 1 Hackathon, training 8 facilitators, validation and implementation of Gamebook.<< Results >>- Circular Economy ESG Gamebook, Curriculum, and validation and quality assurance plan developing a gamified learning experience around ESG frameworks and the relevance of CE.- Gamebook Facilitation Guide to ensure sustainability and transferability.- 3 raise-awareness videos and 5 multimedia material to increase outreach of results.- engage the target groups through a collaborative approach- Involve around 400 individuals in the activities- Collective knowledge building among partners
