DigiGreenVET - Digital and Green Skills for Vocational Education and Employment

The DigiGreenVET project aims to modernize vocational education and training (VET) in Albania by integrating digital and green skills into VET curricula, ensuring alignment with European labor market needs and sustainability goals. Through a strong transnational partnership, the project fosters knowledge transfer from EU experts to Albanian VET institutions, equipping educators and students with future-proof competencies.The project focuses on three key areas: (1) Curriculum innovation, developing training modules that incorporate digital transformation and green economy principles; (2) Public-private cooperation, strengthening links between VET institutions, businesses, and policymakers to enhance work-based learning (WBL); and (3) Digital learning integration, creating an AI-powered e-learning platform and blockchain-based certification system for skills recognition.By leveraging best practices from Erasmus+ and national initiatives, DigiGreenVET ensures scalability, sustainability, and long-term impact. It empowers students, educators, and professionals with competency-based training, enhancing employability and fostering a skilled workforce for the digital and green economy.
