"<< Background >>Applied in response to the deep uncertainty and unforeseen consequences in today’s world. In such context, values became a determining factor in individual and collective choices, which in turn influenced the direction of society. Over the past year, humanity faced several “black swan” events - the COVID-19 pandemic and the global upheaval caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine - which posed significant threats to the global democratic community. Youth leaders, particularly those at risk of social exclusion from 5 countries, had limited opportunities to acquire digital and creative skills for promoting values through social media. They lacked support in developing communication skills, used their full potential, built comprehensive competencies, prioritised personal values, and gained the ability to influence their communities. They became drivers of change, as they gained the right competencies.Youth communication workers, as carriers of values, worked directly with young people, had a significant influence on them, needed to contribute meaningfully to societal development, gained psychological understanding, creative perspectives/skills, they produced high-quality content and material for civic engagement/participation.<< Objectives >>Objectives√developed young people's digital and creative skills in order to promote values through social media, strengthen civic engagement and youth participation-WP2 “The value and values of leaders of the future”√promoted creativity, involvement, co-creation among youth -WP2√provided youth organizations digital ability to engage and empower youth-WP3 E-learning course “Create&evolve in digital era”√enhanced youth leaders, became active and creative in digital society, confident, resilient and optimistic for the future, accessed new opportunities to network, collaborated and participated in society-WP3√provided theoretical background, best practices for young leaders, youth workers, youth organisations, developed a Manual which was used in teaching WP2 and WP3 e-courses or used as an independent guide for youth and youth workers in the development of creative digital ways for creation of content based on shared values.-WP4 “Digital creator of values""√provided materials/instruments that made creative content in social media based on shared values-WP4 multiplier events<< Implementation >>WP1Formed the steering committee, composed of key representatives/partner5 TPMs that reviewed progress, management, cooperationOnline meetings ensured continuous alignment Progress, monitoring & financial reportsQuality Assurance ReviewsRisk management planProject Management HandbookDissemination PlanTimeline & Gantt chartSelected young people that actively participated in the project team, particularly those at risk of social exclusion, took into account gender equally, their interest to project, and their motivation for creation of project initiatives2 E-learning courses-WP2 for youth leaders ""The value and values of leaders of the future” -WP3 for representatives of youth work organizations “Create&evolve in digital era”WP4-“Digital creator of values”WP5Multiplier events, Collaboration Fest, online networking event engaged over 207 participants, community actors, stakeholders that represented different youth sector players.Social media campaigns reached a broad audience 8.1K views and 1.4K reach, with 1.3K interactions<< Results >>OutputsE-learning courses1. “The value and values of leaders of the future” for youth (WP2)137+ young people participated in all activities of WP2-Local Pilot Phases Hands on activities-learning by doing:1.Participants completed 6 hours of independent work •Researched and analysised social media accounts which promoted civic values•Created original content aligned with their values and audience needs•Reflected, planned and developed personal action plans for future digital engagement•Worked with peers from 5 countries in a 4-hour international online networking session, collaborated, shared experiences and pitched ideas that promoted values via SM.2. “Create&evolve in digital era” for youth organization staff/members who were responsible for communications (WP3)136+ youth workers participated in all activities of WP3- ""Digital Creator of Values"" Manual (WP4) Manual viewed & downloaded 497+ times (300 planned)WP5- Multiplier events, Collaboration Fest and online networknig events (WP5)Over 207 participants, community actors and stakeholders represented different youth sector players and were engagedProject FB page reached a broad audience 8.1K views and 1.4K reach, with 1.3K interactions"
