"<< Background >>The most intense security problem in our educational environments was different forms of bullying (physical, verbal, social or relational, cyberbullying and sexual bullying) experienced in inclusive classes and classes with pupils from different socio-cultural, economic and ethnic groups. We applied for this project because we all registered various forms of bullying, as consequence of different barriers to access education, such as barriers linked to education and training systems, cultural differences, social barriers and barriers linked to discrimination. We aimed to eliminate the disadvantage of obstacles by changing the mental structure rather than working with each type of obstacle separately. Our project emerged as the product of our search for solutions to those problem areas. Our needs were related to ways to tackle any form of bullying. We needed to enable our institutions to become safe places for everyone. To increase our capacity to produce sustainable solutions with innovative methods and techniques, and innovations in anti-bullying tool. To develop mutual understanding, tolerance, respect for differences and caring thinking. To install and secure more inclusive, peaceful, more participatory learning environments.<< Objectives >>The aim of our project was to enable our institutions to become a safe place for everyone, where any soul can flourish by eliminating the disadvantage of obstacles by changing the mental structure rather than working with each type of obstacle separately. At the end of the project period, the number of bullying cases decreased by 50% compared to the pre-project situation by increasing anti-bullying skills from 40% to 70%, developed during 3 LTTs for 44 educators on-line and 7 educators on-line, and by increasing the ability to cope and combat bullying and discrimination from 40% to 70% by implementing activities, workshops and campaigns for 1 LTT for 29 student and aprox.4000 students - 200 parents from 7 partner countries, and by raising awareness of bullying and discrimination from 30% to 60% through publications and events2. Developing critical-creative-collaborative and caring thinking skills of educators and students from 7 partner countries from EU and beyond by using formal and non-formal education. The intellectual foundation studies carried out on preventing bullying and discrimination, and the international conference became part of our project legacy.<< Implementation >>Transnational management meetings:1.Kick-off meeting in Van, TR 2.Mid-term Management Meeting in Umag, HR3.Final Meeting in Sliema, MTLearning, teaching, training activities:C2:LTTA in Helston, UK- Child's Philosophy to tackle anger issues and bullying phenomenonC1:LTTA in Craiova, RO- Using drama and theatre methods for dealing with conflicts - Boal's Methodology in Education- Forum TheatreC3:LLTA in Vratsa, BG- Non-violent communicationC4:LTTA in Iraklia, GR- Safe And Inclusive School For StudentsOther Relevant Activities: Philosophy Workshop For Adults(Teachers)-16 sessions/24 Philosophy workshop for adultsOur project faced a challenge that was successfully tackled under RO NA supervision: the FR partner school dropped out, so it was replaced by a similar school from GR. The budget was re-organized, as the timeline. After announcing the winning of the project, each partner established by internal decision a project team and a coordinator. These were approved within the administrative councils held at the school/organizational level. The project coordinators held an online meeting at the beginning of the project. During this meeting they made the necessary updates and plans regarding the time management of the project activities and the efficient use of the budget. Together we designed a Gantt chart based on the project activities and the DEOR plan (the integrated campaign for communicating the results of our project). These meetings were repeated monthly. In addition, committees of at least 3 people were formed from all partners under the chairmanship of the project coordinators. The task of this commission was to control the time allocated to the activities and to ensure the efficient use of the budget. After starting the project, our committees created a plan to implement the activity, which included the following information:• For each activity, what was the most optimistic, most pessimistic and most likely determined time. The duration and expected time of the activity were determined taking into account these periods and other possible situations.• The persons responsible for each activity from the activity implementation plan were designated.• The budget information and possible expenses related to each activity were recorded in the activity program. Budget and activity related packages have been established. With this planning, our project was completed within the project period and with a budget in which we fit optimally. Our committees held monthly monitoring and evaluation meetings. They also provided information on a monthly basis to other people from the institutions involved. Digital technologies were actively used for time management. The Budget and Time Committee planned budgetary resources, estimated and controlled costs. They looked for the best financial options for financing the project activities (equipment, training, seminars, tickets, etc.). They ensured that the host countries found 2-3* hotels at a good price and only the necessary equipment is purchased by them. The committees performed the monthly monitoring of the budget and time management according to the following criteria:• compliance with the contract/program• respecting the administration of each partner school• compliance with the law• compliance with the activity plan and project objectives• carrying out activities efficiently, economically and efficiently• protection of assets and resources• keeping accurate and complete accounting records• reliable production of financial and management information.1.Information session on zoom with NA representatives2.
