"<< Background >>The consortium applied for this project to address critical needs related to the social and labor inclusion of migrants, refugees and ethnic minorities, one of the most vulnerable groups in today’s societies. Through a comprehensive needs analysis at both local and European levels, we identified key challenges to be tackled: - Digital literacy gap hindering societal inclusion, - Lack of tailored training and job search resources,- Limited access to technology, particularly computers, - E-inclusion as a vital step for citizenship and integration into modern labor markets. - Integration of Circular Economy principles, promoting the reuse of technological equipment while creating synergies between beneficiaries, social entities, and companies.- The project addressed gaps in professional resources by developing a platform housing comprehensive digital literacy content and transferable models. To combat low motivation and attendance in existing training programs, INCLUDE-CE fostered empowerment through digital skills. << Objectives >>We aimed to achieve the overarching objective of enhancing the social and labor inclusion of migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, and ethnic minorities through the effective use of Information and Communication Technologies. To support this main goal, we established several specific objectives:- Promote labor insertion within these groups by providing tailored employability training that addresses existing gaps in available interventions. - Enhance digital literacy through structured training itineraries specifically adapted to meet the needs of the target population. - Providing access to technological devices to the target group was also a key focus.- Advocate for the principles of the circular economy by reducing digital waste and promoting sustainable consumption through the reuse and refurbishment of inactive or under utilized digital devices. - Bridging the ""digital divide"" was another important objective; we aimed to address the disparities in access to and utilization of digital technology between the target groups and native populations.- Foster collaboration across sectors, by engaging industry actors such as IT technicians and experts as volunteers to assist in refurbishing donated computers.<< Implementation >>The key activities of the project included:1.
