Debating for Diversity: Fostering Intercultural Understanding and Civic Engagement

<< Objectives >>Our aim is to enhance critical thinking and communication skills, intercultural awareness, and democratic values among students, as well as those from Slovenia and Serbia in MCC's program. We intend to reduce social exclusion through student engagement and intercultural dialogue, promoting democratic participation. We also aim to support minority rights, combat discrimination, and promote diversity through project activities.<< Implementation >>Together with partners we implement: - Debating for Diversity - Debate Courses and workshop - Debating for Diversity - Internation Debeate Forum - Handbook on organising efficient debate sessions<< Results >>The project aims to provide accessible resources to support the creation and management of youth debating societies. Additionally, it aims to empower 100 individuals involved in youth networks by enhancing their skills and promoting increased engagement in debating, ultimately cultivating a culture of active citizenship. Central to its goals is the improvement of core competencies among participants, alongside the facilitation of cross-cultural and cross-border dialogue.
