<< Background >>The project was prompted by a need that is rarely addressed: the facilitation we hear about most often is for people with a disability. One often hears people talk about sports for people with disabilities, as a category that is dedicated exclusively, almost ghettoised. In reality, there is a way in which inclusion takes place primarily on the playing field, just like in Baskin. The project proposed that mixed sports could carve out a larger space within our society. Sport can unite people with and without disabilities on the field, practising inclusion on a higher level. Inclusion covered both 'categories', uniting them into one. Lack of information and fear of the different (it is actually only what is unknown that generates it) have produced a reality in which this world is little known. That is why we found it necessary to implement a strong communication strategy, with the aim of making more and more people aware of this reality and being enticed to become part of it.<< Objectives >>The objectives that we wanted to achieve through the implementation of the project were mainly two and closely related: an increase in information regarding the world of mixed sports and, specifically, the discipline known as 'Baskin', and a subsequent increase in dual inclusion in mixed sports, targeting both people with and without disabilities.<< Implementation >>The activities that were implemented were and are closely interlinked: the initial phase of the project involved targeted research by each participant who served in the mobility, thanks to which it was possible to collectively create a guidebook of good practices that was shared on the project's dedicated platforms, each partner's social media and was presented during the online webinar by the participants in the infoday. The concluding event was a game of baskin with which the victory of inclusion was sealed.<< Results >>The results were as follows:1. Each participant improved his or her knowledge and the tools with which to implement it in the field of inclusion, linked to the world of sport and disability.2. The creation of the website dedicated exclusively to the project and its activities was a vehicle through which it was possible to create an active and cooperative community in the field.3. Reinforcement of the European network active in the field occurred through the promotion of the shared objectives of the European Union.
