<< Background >>The Psycho IM project was driven by a critical need to address the mental health challenges faced by immigrant communities. Research revealed alarming rates of mental health disorders among immigrants, stemming from cultural adjustments, social exclusion, and health inequalities. In Germany, Italy, and Turkey host the largest immigrant populations, with approximately 13.1 million, 5.3 million, and 4 million immigrants, respectively (MPI, 2021). They face unique challenges, including language barriers, cultural shock, and discrimination. The consequences are devastating: increased stress, anxiety, and depression. The Psycho IM project aimed to improve access to mental health services, develop culturally sensitive interventions, enhance social integration, and promote inclusive adult education. This was achieved by providing mental health support through mentorship to immigrants to enable them thrive in their host communities and improved the knowledge of adult educators as well as social workers on mental health issues using our developed guidebook and workshops especially when dealing with immigrants.<< Objectives >>We addressed the mental health challenges faced by immigrants, such as cultural differences, language barriers, social isolation, and discrimination to enhance their overall well-being and social integration. Within our reach, we promoted physical and mental well-being among immigrants especially those who attended all our workshops and mentorship sessions. This helps them know how to reduce stress, deal with anxiety and depression while helping them to better integrate socially. Overall, we wanted to achieve the following:• Contribute to the overall goal of improving the well-being and mental health of immigrants in Europe, particularly in Germany, Turkey and Italy with high immigrant populations.• Raise awareness of the mental health challenges faced by immigrants and promote the importance of addressing their mental health needs.• Educate immigrant on how to reduce stress and improve their social integration.• Address the mental health challenges faced by immigrants, such as cultural differences, language barriers, social isolation, and discrimination.• Improve the competence of adult educators and social workers concerning metal health issues facing immigrants.<< Implementation >>The PSYCHO-IM project's had 3 key activities:- Project Management Activities: It ensured the project's success, a robust project management framework was implemented.
