Urban horticulture as social inclusion opportunity in the context of climate change

Products in EN, RO, IT, SL and, PT- 1 LTTA and 3 TPM- 3 National Piloting Sessions and 3 Fine-Tuning.- Branding and identity concept, website, social media posts, Multiplier Events.
