<< Objectives >>The objectives of DIGITAL FUTURES project are:- To foster cross-cultural understanding and cooperation among youth workers from LT, EL, RO and CY by equipping them with tools helping to strengthen the employability of young people.- To provide young people with digital literacy skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in online careers.- To multiply the project results to youth organisations and youth workers through multiplier events in partner countries.<< Implementation >>- to organise 4 international educational workshops in CY, LT, EL, RO.- to develop the Guidebook for youth workers.- to pilot the Guidebook with 20 youth workers.- to multiply the project results through National/Local Multiplying events.- to organise at least 8 peer-to-peer sharing activities within partner countries.- to share and promote project results to at least 1000 people and 200 organisations.<< Results >>Project DIGITAL FUTURES results:- 4 international educational workshops in CY, LT, EL, RO, involving 4 youth workers and 32 young learners.- the Guidebook for youth workers with 12 good practices and 12 tools.- project logo.- project Facebook page.- project booklet in EN, CY, LT, RO, EL.- 4 National/Local Multiplying Events for youth workers, educators and stakeholders (60 participants).- improved project management skills and intercultural competence of all project partners.
