"<< Background >>In 2021, the average unemployment rate in South East Europe, encompassing North Macedonia and Bulgaria, surpassed 8%, with youth unemployment reaching 20%, exacerbating the outlook for young employment. Conversely, Poland experienced a lower unemployment rate, with only 5% of its citizens being unemployed. According to the EC, “Digital entrepreneurship embraced all new ventures and the transformation of existing businesses that drove economic and/or social value by creating and using novel digital technologies. Digital enterprises are characterized by a high intensity of utilization of novel digital technologies (particularly social, big data, mobile and cloud solutions) to improve business operations, invent new business models, sharpen business intelligence, and engage with customers and stakeholders. They created the jobs and growth opportunities of the future.” With a vision to support the young people from North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Poland in their future jobs and motivate them toward new opportunities, the participating organizations promoted digital entrepreneurship as a new opportunity for them.This project addressed the needs and goals of the participating organizations and the identified needs of the target groups.<< Objectives >>Youth on Board implemented 9 months project through which young people from North Macedonia, Poland and Bulgaria were equipped to become future digital nomad entrepreneurs through the created innovative international training program.digital entrepreneurs. In addition, the project 1) Created a certified innovative training program for digital entrepreneurs and 2) Strengthened capacities of over 60 young people to become future digital entrepreneurs.The project successfully combined digital and entrepreneurial skills for the professional upgrade of young people from North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Poland preparing them to start their own local digital companies thus making them leaders in the economic market. The project contributed to the digital transformation of society and the entrepreneurshipcommunity through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity of the young people who were the main target of this project.<< Implementation >>The following activities were implemented in the project: 1. Project management focused into establishment of a management structure.2. Creation of certified training program for future digital entrepreneurs titled “How to become a future digital entrepreneurs’? by a highly professional experts from North Macedonia, Poland and Bulgaria.3. Delivery of the certified training program for future digital entrepreneurs – online and offline part in Shtip.4. Guidance for young digital entrepreneurs ""How to become a digital entrepreneur?"" developed by experts from the three targeted countries.5. Communication and dissemination including three videos, podcasts, engaging social media campaign, multiplier event for promoting the opportunities offered by the EU for young digital entrepreneurs and successful organization of a one-day conference in Shtip.<< Results >>- Established: 1) project staff team; 2) project management and reporting system among the participating organisations; and 3) team of experts who developed the certified training program ""How to become a digital entrepreneur?"".- Training program "" How to become a digital entrepreneur?"" developed.- 60 participants for the training program "" How to become a digital entrepreneur?"" selected.- Certified training program and mentoring for the future digital entrepreneurship successfully realized.- Capacities of more than 60 young people to become future digital entrepreneurs strengthened.- 10 digital enterprises' business ideas shared by the participants further developed.- A Guidance as a learning tool for the future digital entrepreneurs - developed- Nine success stories of digital young entrepreneurs (three per participating country) identified.- Communication Managers and Graphic Designers selected.- Strategy for communication and dissemination including brand and logo created.- Three promo video and three podcasts (one per country) produced and promoted.- Successful organization of a multiplier event and one-day conference in Stip for increasing the awareness for digital entrepreneurship and the Erasmus+ opportunities."
