Accelerating the Adoption of Fintech in SMEs

<< Objectives >>The project aspires to empower SMEs and VET organizations by enhancing their competences, skills and knowledge in the fintech sector. Project objectives include developing an innovative and comprehensive fintech competency framework, creating innovative implementation methodology and sector specific guides, and developing a digital learning platform to facilitate accessible and effective fintech training.<< Implementation >>The consortium will implement the following key activities:- the A2FINTECS Capability Building Framework, - the Skills Mapping & Implementation Methodology, and - the A2FINTECS Digital Learning Platform. Additional activities will include the 'Train the Trainer' course, the sector-specific implementation guides, as well as the pilot and other testing activities by users that will ensure practical applicability of the project's outputs.<< Results >>The anticipated results of A2FINTECS include a fintech competency framework that will grow the number of professionals and trainers, an innovative digital learning platform that will be accessible to a wide audience, and practical sector-specific methodologies. The project will also produce highly competent trainers, tailored fintech education material, and improved fintech competences among SMEs and VET providers, leading to enhanced digital finance proficiency in the European economy.
