Youth Participation through Youth Circus

<< Objectives >>We want to make the voice of circus youth heard in our organisations.In this project we will share and discuss tools for youth participation and share them with others who want to start youth participationactivities in their youth (circus) organisation but do not know how.Coordination of the team will be done by youth leaders who will be mentored by an experienced coordinator to get experience with project management to be applied in future (international) youth participation activities.<< Implementation >>We will collect data and stories from youth circus organisations to provide a representative picture of possibilitiesfor youth participation and share them through an accessible guide.Activities planned to achieve this goal are a planning meeting, research methods and evaluation workshop, project writtingworkshop, participation at Freš Manéž youth circus festival and Caravan - international couth and social circus network's General Assembly & final evaluation meeting in Ljubljana.<< Results >>We want to raise awareness about youth participation in the youth circus community and beyond. We want more organisations to support youth participation activities.The main results is creating a space for sharing and learning supported by an accessible youth participation guide.Other results will include youth leaders trained in project management, organisations more aware of youth participation processes and hopefully new European collaborations created as a follow-up impact of this project.
