"<< Background >>We applied for this project ""SEerving youngsters"" to address the growing challenges faced by youth organizations in effectively managing their resources and delivering impactful youth work. The needs we aimed to address included reducing the excessive time spent on project management tasks, enhancing the sustainability of youth work initiatives, and fostering more direct engagement with young people.<< Objectives >>Our main objective was to develop new services for partner organizations to enhance their capacity for sustainable youth work. Specifically, we aimed to achieve the following goals:-Develop participating organizations' financial awareness and capacity.-Raise awareness about social entrepreneurship in local communities and partner networks.-Strengthen youngsters' employability in communities through new inclusive services.-Create three service models that can be applied in various youth work organizations.<< Implementation >>In our project implementation, we followed a structured approach that encompassed various activities. These included establishing management arrangements to oversee project progress and coordination. We initiated the project with a kick-off activity in Estonia, setting the stage for collaboration among partners. A key milestone was the service models development seminar held in Romania, where we focused on designing and refining service models. Subsequently, we entered the implementation phase, deploying these models at the local level to engage with our target audiences effectively. As the project progressed, we finalized the design of outputs, ensuring they aligned with our objectives. The culmination of our efforts was marked by the final event in Latvia, where we showcased our achievements and engaged with stakeholders. Finally, we undertook evaluation, visibility, and reporting activities to assess project impact and disseminate results.<< Results >>The concrete outputs and results of our project include the development of tangible service models, such as animator services, mosaic workshops, and AI chatbots. These models were implemented by participating organizations, enhancing their capacity to deliver sustainable youth work and provide opportunities to young people in their communities. Additionally, our project facilitated the establishment of new collaborations and partnerships, leading to increased engagement with local schools, dance schools, and municipalities. Furthermore, our project outcomes were disseminated through online platforms, including the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform and partner webpages, ensuring open access to our results and their continued use by others in the youth work sector."
