<< Objectives >>The YouthForward project aims to train 60 youth workers in business mentoring and career guidance, empowering 75 young people to develop business or social projects. We seek to promote inclusion and diversity by engaging young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. The project will strengthen partner organizations, build a mentor network, and create a resource hub to ensure long-term impact in youth entrepreneurship and employability.<< Implementation >>We will implement six key activities: a Virtual Kickoff Meeting, Inclusive Career Development and Business Mentoring Training for youth workers in Portugal, a Virtual Business Mentoring Club, Local Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamps in each partner country, an International Entrepreneurship Bootcamp in Greece, and the Follow-up and Resource Hub Launch to share project results, mentoring tools, and resources. All activities focus on training youth workers and empowering young people.<< Results >>We expect the project to result in 60 youth workers trained in business mentoring and career guidance, and 75 young people empowered to create business or social projects, with at least half with fewer opportunities. The project will also create an online resource hub and a mentor network, ensuring long-term impact, while strengthening the capacity of partner organizations to support youth entrepreneurship and employability.
