Co-Creational Coaching for School Interactions

<< Objectives >>Co3si aims to improve teachers' ability to support at-risk students through co-creation student coaching, enhance skills in managing bullying and well-being, and encourage parents to develop empathetic communication. It raises awareness of diversity through workshops and promotes an inclusive school environment where all voices contribute. Finally, it fosters trust, respect, and acceptance among students with activities at school and home, supported by co-creation coaching.<< Implementation >>The project will implement co-creation coaching workshops for teachers, students, and parents to develop early intervention strategies. It includes training for teachers on managing bullying, discrimination, and well-being, as well as workshops for parents to foster empathetic communication. Diversity awareness workshops will promote inclusivity, and collaborative activities at school and home will build trust, respect, and acceptance among students. Regular feedback will guide the process.<< Results >>The project will enhance teachers' skills in co-creative coaching, fostering inclusive and supportive school environments.
