<< Objectives >>The project aims to address social and environmental challenges, such as climate change, resource depletion and pollution, by promoting sustainable and inclusive practices in event management at national and European levels through the Allez l'Éco programme. The project aims to promote innovative and validated youth work and strengthen the ecological skills and knowledge of youth workers (YWs).<< Implementation >>Project activities will include the development of training materials and tools for youth workers (YWs), an online learning environment with a good practice mapping tool and a digital assessment validated by a micro-certification ecosystem. YWs will be trained in the effective design and delivery of green and inclusive events and services, using innovative methods to foster the inclusivity of persons with disabilities.<< Results >>The project results will include a comprehensive set of learning tools and resources integrated into the Allez l'Éco EDUCATIONAL PACK and E-BOOK: interactive forums, a collection of good ecological and inclusive practices; a training program for capacity building; an ecosystem for validating micro-certifications; a green INDEX with relevant terms in QR code; a tool for managing green events; an online educational platform.
