<< Objectives >>The project aims to address social discrimination and exclusion faced by young people in Grenoble and Madrid, particularly from immigrant and minority backgrounds. Through sports and educational activities, it seeks to foster social cohesion, promote self-confidence, and break down barriers of mistrust and xenophobia, offering marginalized youth a pathway to integration and equal opportunities.<< Implementation >>The project will engage young people from diverse backgrounds in inclusive sports programs and intercultural exchanges between Grenoble and Madrid. Educators will receive training in cooperative sports methodologies that promote equality and inclusion. Central to the project is the Pass'Sport Festival, where youth from marginalized communities will come together to play and connect, building lasting friendships across cultural divides.<< Results >>The project will lead to enhanced self-confidence and social integration for marginalized youth, with direct benefits from the training of youth educators in inclusive sports. The Pass'Sport Festival will serve as a model for other cities, promoting cohesion across communities. Multilingual toolkits and a network of trained educators will be developed, ensuring the project's long-term impact on youth inclusion across Europe.
