<< Objectives >>iNCLUDED aims to reduce the loneliness and isolation of the elderly and the most disadvantaged groups in general, while reducing the digital divide that usually accompanies them. The aim is to give people greater autonomy in digital environments, and to take advantage of technological tools to strengthen links with the social environment and support network.<< Implementation >>We will design and test a user-friendly and accessible Application, install the tablets so that the person can use them as a tool for linking and communicating with their social support network and their interests and preferences (hobbies, local leisure activities, social services and support organizations, etc.) We will develop and test online training on how to use the Application and improve the digital skills of the target groups.<< Results >>The main outcome is to reduce the degree of isolation of the elderly and other vulnerable groups through the use of digital tools. iNCLUDED also includes training to improve their digital skills, which will increase their interest in using the digital environment. The personalized configuration of the application greatly facilitates access to information, leisure activities and opportunities for social participation.
