<< Objectives >>AI BRIDGE aims to reduce the gap between research and industry by creating the figure of the Scientific Connection Manager (SIC), expert in the use of AI for technology transfer between universities and SMEs. The objectives include the analysis of market needs, the definition of SIC skills, the development of AI tools for matching and the creation of a network between education, research and business. With these objectives, the foundations are laid to define and certify the SIC in the future.<< Implementation >>The AI BRIDGE project includes market analysis on 50 SMEs and 10 universities, defining the Scientific Innovation Connector (SIC) profile, developing and testing AI tools for research-industry matching, training for VET trainers and companies, a pilot event to validate the model, and dissemination to support scalability.<< Results >>The AI BRIDGE project expects:>Defined Scientific Innovation Connector (SIC) profile with hard/soft skills.>AI tools tested for SME-research matching.>VET training curriculum.>1 pilot event with companies and universities.>5 case studies of application.>Transnational network between VET, universities, and businesses.>Dissemination strategies for scalability.
