<< Objectives >>The main goals of the PEER4U is to: a) empower the teachers at secondary education with methodologies and training on how to deal with their mixed classrooms on the basis of equality & integration, co-education & co-inclusion, b) support them on how to guide and engage the fellow students and their disabled classmates in a structured peer-to-peer mentoring procedure and c) provide teachers with materials and digital tools (such as evaluation tools, digital learning environment).<< Implementation >>The activities include respective project results such as the PEER4U Pedagogy Guide, PEER4U Classroom’s Evaluation Tool and the PEER4U Digital Learning Environment, the F2F transnational meetings and finally the PEER4U “HYBRID” Event that includes a seminars/ workshops in Greece and and an online final conference.<< Results >>A)FOUNDATION & DEVELOPMENT/ INCORPORATION RESULTS:i)PEER4U Pedagogy Guideii)PEER4U Classroom’s Evaluation Tooliii)PEER4U Digital Learning EnvironmentB)SUSTAINABILITY & DISSEMINATION RESULTS
