WOMEN 5.0: Women entrepreneurs in a digital future

<< Objectives >>Women 5.0 aims to:- Fighting digital gender stereotypes and empowering women towards equal access, use and exploitation of technologies,especially for their professional purposes.- Enhancing women entrepreneurs’ digital skills to get the best use of the technology in their entrepreneurial process.- Reinforcing entrepreneurship advisers and trainers’ key role to support, motivate and engage women in their use of digitaltools and advanced technologies as generative IA, blockchain, etc.<< Implementation >>A learning path for the development of digital skills of women entrepreneurs and a digital toolkit for entrepreneurshiptrainers/advisors and also trainees will be elaborated on the base of needs and levels that women entrepreneurship face regarding digitalization and the use of advanced technologies: development of the business idea, digitalization and automation.An awareness campaign for the promotion women's empowerment for equal access, use and exploitation of technologies.<< Results >>Women 5.0 will impact on the 180 women (prioritizing those belonging to disadvantaged groups) that will test the learning path, empowered for equal access, use and exploitation of technologies, receiving an advice closer to their needs, motivated and encouraged by the trainers participating in the testing of the toolkit and in the EPALE community, fostering their confidence and use of new technologies.Awareness on the importance of empowering women for equal use of technology will be raised.
