IntegratESG in VET education

<< Objectives >>The IntegratESG project aims to build the capacity of VET providers and business managers to assist large enterprises and SMEs in adopting ESG practices in their strategy and operations. Currently, there is a gap between vocational education knowledge and hands-on implementation practices which this project seeks to address by developing a Roadmap for VET providers, a curriculum and eLearning course on ESG integration, an ePortfolio of case studies and a scenario simulator.<< Implementation >>The project will develop a learning framework and roadmap for embedding ESG considerations in VET curricula.It will then develop a curriculum and learning modules covering the three aspects of ESG integration for responsible business operations. Experiential learning resources will be developed (ePortfolio and Scenario Simulator) to link knowledge to hands-on experience and application of competences. All material will be available in an interactive e-learning space,free to access,use and adapt.<< Results >>EDUCATIONAL: Build VET providers’ & business managers knowledge on the process and value of ESG integrationBEHAVIOURAL: Increased adoption of ESG practices in business operations, improved decision-making processes, enhanced stakeholder engagement on ESG integrationSYSTEM-LEVEL: Strengthen cooperation among the countries of the Consortium, align VET with current and future labour market needs, greater public awareness and understanding on the value of ESG in responsible business practices
