<< Objectives >>The project focuses on a series of activities, analyses and pedagogical productions all serving the general objective of the project, which is to enable people with fewer opportunities to strengthen and/or enhance their intercultural competences and encourage their civic participation in order to facilitate their inclusion in the labor market and their access to and retention in sustainable, quality and permanent jobs. << Implementation >>4 Culture-Craft-Citizenship (CCC) courses–one per country–on 4 different local themes.1 Professional Qualifications Framework, 1 CCC training module and 4 training of trainers sessions (European CCC network)8 transnational meetings and 4 CCC exchange courses between beneficiaries from groups with fewer opportunities1 Web Based Portal, 1 Best Practices Guide and 1 itinerant exhibition for stakeholders of vocational training / labor insertion, promoting the methodology of the CCC courses.<< Results >>Better access to and retention in sustainable employment: Unemployed people, migrants, refugees, NEETs following a training program with a CCC approachIntegration/training/guidance structures: better representation of the public, greater efficiency in HR management, support and placement companies in the commercial sector and public organizations: non-discriminatory recruitment, better integration of employees from groups with fewer opportunities
