<< Objectives >>To improve the capacity of two Baltic States organizations for cooperation on an international level, to improve youth work quality and methods of cooperation, to empower young women who are facing risks of social exclusion, and improving their quality of life. To give opportunities to learn and improve different skills, including digital skills, to promote their employability, to empower and include young women, by using non-formal education tools and participation forms, developing inspiration<< Implementation >>In the partnership development of two empowering clubs for young women who are facing risks of social inclusion will be conducted as a platform in Latvia and Estonia. Young women will have opportunities to participate in 12 workshops, 14 inspirational activities about employment and motivation, participate in 6 social initiatives to promote civil engagement, in 24 sessions of digital skills, in international summer workshops and in a closing conference to disseminate the results of the project.<< Results >>The result of the project will be two empowering clubs for young women who are facing risks of social exclusion, developed by two organizations, as a platform for a safe and inclusive environment where young women can empower each other, improve themselves, and gain access to different opportunities and resources. Youth workers and institutions that work with youth will be introduced with research showing the situation in Latvia and Estonia and different methods of inclusion of young women.
