<< Objectives >>This project aims to integrate youth workers wi.th artificial intelligence skills and encourage innovation and integrate them to the inclusive technology-oriented youth. The research process where all relevant sources are recovered in one place and open to everyone's access, and the development of NFE-based artificial intelligence and digital competencies are the priority objectives of the project ToT and Trainer Pool are also crucial in this regard.<< Implementation >>In this project, we will- train youth workers on artificial intelligence concepts, tools, and integration strategies,- utilize common learning methods for different learning styles and interactive training sessions,- develop and disseminate online courses, training guides, and multimedia resources while promoting KPIs to a wider reach- isseminate project outputs locally with training of trainers and the NGO pool- contribute to the transformation of NGOs with the Digital AI guide<< Results >>Expected results from this project are:- to increase awareness, understanding, and practical applications of artificial intelligence among youth workers.- address the needs of youth by improving youth programs through artificial intelligence.- share knowledge and best practices used with artificial intelligence for youth work.- to ensure the long-term integration of artificial intelligence into youth work through training programs and continuous collaboration.
