Our Culture and Transversal Digital Competences for Youth

<< Objectives >>The OURCULTURE project aims to equip young people with digital literacy, media literacy and content creation skills to actively engage in cultural heritage preservation. It aims to develop a Digital & Transversal Skills Action Guide, train youth workers in digital storytelling and participatory education, and create a Digital Heritage Exhibition Platform to showcase youth-led cultural documentation. The project promotes youth entrepreneurship, creativity and active citizenship.<< Implementation >>The project includes workshops, training in digital content creation and storytelling exercises for young people and youth workers. It will develop a Digital & Transversal Skills Action Guide, pilot activities to test digital storytelling methods and organise cultural content production workshops. In addition, a Digital Heritage Exhibition Platform will be launched as an interactive space for youth-led digital cultural storytelling.<< Results >>The project will produce a Digital & Transversal Skills Action Guide, increase digital and media literacy among young people and create a digital heritage exhibition platform showcasing youth-led cultural content. It will increase youth participation in cultural heritage projects, promote social entrepreneurship and improve cooperation between youth organisations and cultural institutions. The initiative will ensure a long-term impact on digital youth work and cultural preservation.
