<< Background >>I applied to obtain funding for this project because I noticed on the one hand the needs of the target group of vulnerable adults with whom the Pro Democracy Club Buzau Association usually works and on the other hand the training needs of the Association's own staff. on the one hand, there was the need for social inclusion of vulnerable adults (Roma, unemployed, social assistance, people with no or low income, single-parent families, etc.) on the other hand, the need for training in the field of entrepreneurship, public speaking and staff advocacy own, volunteers and collaborators APD Club Buzau. The same needs were identified for the selected partners, from the 4 partner countries, the target group of vulnerable adults being completed with migrants, refugees, etc.At the same time, we have identified, with all partners, the need to internationalize the activity, to create a network of organizations that work in the field of social inclusion of vulnerable adults and that, through the activities carried out and the results obtained, can become examples of good practices for other European organizations as well .​<< Objectives >>The objectives we wanted to achieve by implementing this project were:1. The growth to a higher level of entrepreneurial skills, public communication skills andadvocacy, among the members of the partner organizations, by selecting and training a number of 16 promoters in the enterprise2. Increasing the level of awareness regarding the advantages that entrepreneurship offers to peoplewith fewer opportunities, from the communities involved in the project, as a solution for better social inclusion and a level ofhigher living, by participating in the Awareness Campaigns of a minimum number of 400 people (100 people eachadults from each partner country).3. Development of international relations and cooperation between partner organizations in view of the submission of acooperation partnership project at the next session of adult education projects in the Erasmus+ program by developing a concept of a cooperation partnership project to be submitted in the year following completionthe current project, as a follow up to this project.<< Implementation >>The activities carried out within the project were:1. Elaboration of the KA220-ADU follow-up project concept<< Results >>The concrete outputs and other results of our project are:-a study was carried out on the benefits of entrepreneurship, in which more than 400 vulnerable adults from all partner countries participated- 25 promoters were selected and trained, from the 4 partner countries, who acquired superior skills in the fieldentrepreneurship, public communication and advocacy- a training course support in entrepreneurship, public speaking and advocacy was developed, translated into the languages of the partner countries- were organized in all partner countries and more than 500 vulnerable adults benefited from the Awareness Campaigns (more than 100 from each partner country)- a KA220-ADU cooperation partnership project concept was developed, to be submitted in the year following the completion of the current oneproject, as a follow up to this project
