"<< Background >>During the pandemic, digital working became common for many through on-the-job training and home-schooling. However, unemployed youth and school leavers missed this opportunity and needed to adapt to new digital professional environments, which potential employers expected them to handle.<< Objectives >>We aimed to bridge the digital divide during job onboarding for vulnerable groups, particularly young unemployed individuals without academic backgrounds. We developed and evaluated a training program within work-related sustainability projects. These projects, focusing on sustainability, digitalisation, and innovation, allowed participants to practice course learnings, support self-management, and teamwork, and gain essential sustainability knowledge, which has become increasingly important in job profiles due to initiatives like the Green New Deal.<< Implementation >>We conducted a study to understand the overall situation in the partner countries. We developed a training course to prepare young people for the digital job market. We ran the training program for a total of 139 participants from all participating countries. We organised six events to inform target groups and multipliers about the project. We disseminated information and facilitated discussions about the project through national and international networks, both offline and online. We ensured the long-term use of our project results by embedding them in various ways beyond the consortium and partner countries.<< Results >>For PR1 we conducted a comprehensive study on the new digital professional life, current workplace situations, and the needs of employers and employees, presented as a White Paper in English. (see Annex report_final_2023_04_24.pdf and Report DJO Survey Job Fitness_2022_08_21.pdf, both also available on the Project Results Platform as ""DJO_PR1_Report_EN"" and ""DJO_PR1_Report_presentation_EN"")For PR2 we developed a training curriculum specifically for unemployed youth aged 18-25. The developed course material consists of five modules available in six languages (Czech, English, Finnish, German, Greek and Italian). Each module consists of a presentation and a script. The modules: PR2/1 Digital ToolsPR2/2 New Forms of Work and Work OrganisationPR2/3 Personal Work LifePR2/4 Professional Social Responsibility in Social MediaPR2/5 Security Aspects(All presentations and scripts are available in all languages for all modules on the Project Results Platform)For PR3 we implemented the training program as eLearning with blended learning options, suitable for both home and workplace contexts. The eLearning platform is available under https://dj.fh-joanneum.at. Self-enrolment is activated, so interested people can sign up for the course for free in order to access the course material. Depending on the chosen language, people are guided to enrol for the course in this language upon signing up. (The platform is linked on the Project Results Platform under ""DJO_PR3_Training_Course_Implementation_eLearning_Platform"") For PR3 we successfully applied the training program with a total of 139 young people in all five partner countries.(See Annex DJO_PR3.1_report.pdf and DJO_PR3.2_report.pdf)For dissemination, we created a project website (https://dj.fh-joanneum.at), eLearning platform (https://dj.fh-joanneum.at), were active on social media on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/digital-job-onboarding) and Facebook (http://facebook.com/DJproject), conducted multiplier events, partook in networking, published articles, and participated in conferences.(see Annex Discern2023_Papageorgiou.pdf, ICERI2022_Niederl_Reiter_Krainz.pdf, INTED2023_Anckar_Makarainen-Suni_Ruohonen.pdf, DJ_dissemination_report.xlsx, DJ_dissemination_articles.pdf, Future_Dissemination_Plan.pdf)"
