<< Background >>The project's main objective was to implement an innovative internal organizational system known as Sociocracy 3.0 (S3.0) and tailor it to the requirements of partner organizations within their working contexts. The main needs were to equip youth organizations (youth workers and members) with the tools to become well-organized, focused on delivering quality outcomes, and oriented towards achieving their goals. This way, we wanted to address crucial challenges related to integration, personal and career development, and mental and emotional health faced by youth. We've successfully adopted Sociocracy 3.0 (S3.0), increasing the quality and innovation of our youth work and that of our partner NGOs and we have managed to bring substantial improvements to the ways we are working and collaborating, generate new initiatives and project ideas, and create impact with the young people. We expanded our reach to more NGOs and increased local youth initiatives. We're proud of the tangible improvements within our organizations.<< Objectives >>Through this project, we aimed to achieve the following objectives:O1: Implementing S3.0 as an Innovative Internal Organizational System for NGOs O2: S3.0 adapted to NGOs - focuses on adapting S3.0 for NGOs, offering a practical approach to enhance the competence of partner organizations' staff in utilizing S3.0 for improved workflow and collaboration with their target groupsO3: Sociocracy 3.0 adapted to the NGOs TGs - Gather feedback from the first round of implementation of S3.0 in the partner organisations, that could ensure the applicability for the 3rd sector, considering the specific mission and vision of each partner.O4: Enable youth workers to enhance their skills and seamlessly incorporate the novel methodologies provided in the digital kit.O5: Guarantee the visibility of the project and its outcomes by actively engaging local stakeholders in promotional and dissemination efforts.Inclusion and Diversity in All Fields of Education, Training, and Youth:O1 & O3: Enhances the capacity of NGOs to support TGs and apply Sociocracy 3.0 to meet specific needs in the 3rd sector.Increasing Quality, Innovation, and Recognition of Youth Work.O2&O4&O5: Adapts Sociocracy 3.0 for NGOs & project visibility<< Implementation >>A1 PM: Partnership coordination; meetings; reporting; dissemination; exploitation outrech & innovation management; quality assurance A2 Sociocracy 3.0 as an innovative internal organization system for NGOs: analysis of needs of the active members of the particpant NGOs; creation and application of a survey & semi-structured interview; organization of focus groups; analysis and interpretation of all the above materials; self-study on the website of the S3.0; infographic of needs and areas of improvementA3 Sociocracy 3.0 adapted to NGOs - a practical approach: creation and adaptation of a framework summary about S3.0 for NGOs; training of S3.0 for NGOs; a first round of implementation of S3.0 in each organization; collection of feedback through a semi-structured form; short evaluation reports at the level of each organisation and proposed activities for better implementation; first conclusions of all feedback materials (form and reports); development of a collaborative online guide adapted to the needs of the 3rd sector.A4 - S3.0 adapted to the NGOs TGs - creation of an improved framework of S3; workshop; creating digital kit; implementation of local events; continuous upscaling of the Digital Kit based on the feedback<< Results >>A1: Project Management was successful - Synchro coordinated the partnership, the online meetings, reporting; Roes Cooperativa coordinated the Quality assurance of the project; iEL coordinated the exploitation outreach and innovation management and Mirko Mileski coordinated the disseminationA2: Needs analysis & infographics can be found on our webpage https://synchrofoundation.nl/confluence/ A3: 3-day TC in Romania.
