Lessons learnt in engagement civil protection volunteers

<< Objectives >>The main objective is to develop a lessons learnt document regarding the engagement of volunteers in the Civil ProtectionArea. In addition, the dissemination of the results within the stakeholders and the groups identified as targets is fundamentalsince there are numerous European organization working with volunteers in the Civil Protection Area. There non profitorganizations can implement the project results.<< Implementation >>During the project, project management and communication and dissemination activities will be implemented. As main focusof the project, a state of the art in the engagement of volunteers and a lesson learnt document in engagement volunteers inCivil Protection Area will be the main activities of the project. Finally 4 multiplier events will take place, one event in eachcountry represented in the project (Spain, France, Greece and Hungary).<< Results >>The main result will be the lesson learnt document. It is expected a huge impact in communication and dissemination inorder to help other organizations working with volunteers in the Civil Protection Area in the design of activities and strategiesto keep motivated and engaged their volunteers.
