But politics, research and educational work for young people in Europe are a long way from being able to provide educational and political, and above all participatory, concepts and offers that lead young people out of loneliness and prevent possible radicalizing and anti-democratic tendencies among them. This is exactly what the project ""Join"" does.<< Implementation >>We train youth workers to reach out to lonely young people. In creative labs, digital events and discussions with researchers and politicians, young people then learn to represent and advocate for themselves. With small self-chosen projects at regional, digital and European level, they get involved and reshape their environment, creating a lobby of peers and mentors.
